Glass water bottles are both stylish and practical. They’re made from sustainable raw materials and glass doesn’t alter the taste of its contents, which makes it the perfect vessel for those who enjoy “pure” tasting water. Our staff tester’s favorite thing about this bottle is that the screw on top, which has a large handle, can accommodate a carabiner. She thinks it is perfect for packing extra water on back country horseback riding excursions. Coupled with a water purifier (the size of a writing pen), this glass bottle is perfect to ensure clean drinking water anywhere, and for anyone—even dogs!
Even so, given the wide selection of water bottles we offer, this bottle is not an overwhelming staff pick. The silicone sleeve on this bottle is awesome for keeping a good grip and reducing condensation, but you have to remove it before you clean the bottle. The ability to keep the contents cold are just so-so, which makes sense because glass bottles aren’t insulated. If you are looking to keep drinks hot or cold for extended periods of time, glass is definitely not the best material for you.
All in all, our staff tester loved the trendy look of this bottle. Glass has a very high perceived value, and the h2go Two Tone Glass Water Bottle is made from borosilicate glass to boot. It offers a wide range of silicone sleeve color options. Silicone can be tricky to print on, so it should be noted that this bottle can only be printed in matte black or matte white.
